PRIME INSTALMENTS
Module
Instalments and loans schemes enable cardholders to purchase large ticket items such as white goods,
furniture and electrical goods, through a pre-agreed payment plan.
They are an alternative to hire purchase or household finance loans,
and simpler as they are initiated and administered using a payment card.
TSYS Card Tech’s INSTALMENTS solution is an addition to the PRIME system and provides
a flexible and easy way for you to extend the reach of your card business
within the consumer finance sector. |

SCORER
PRIME SCORER, the application scoring module, enhances any
application entry screens so that any field can be
user-defined for score weight for any value level.
Additionally, approval margins can be defined for both the
upper and lower bands for automatic card approval or
decline. The application scoring module also allows the bank
to incorporate score cards from popular third party
companies such as Fair Isaac. |

REWARDS
The REWARDS module allows the bank to
set up a points scheme for its cardholders to increase usage
and expenditure. These schemes are a powerful tool in the
promotion of a card programme that are both universally
recognised and proven in the industry as giving cardholders
an incentive to use their card instead of alternative means
of payment.

COLLECTOR
The PRIME COLLECTOR module allows the bank to
set and maintain collection queues assigned to collections officers
for the management of delinquent accounts. The queues can be automatically
balanced by the system, customised to automatically select a specific
queue for certain types of delinquency or controlled by a supervisor.
The PRIME COLLECTOR module includes a full diary capability with a
reminder facility to remind the collections officer of expected actions.
When a cardholder account becomes delinquent, the PRIME COLLECTOR Module automatically searches for any previous record of delinquency
for that Cardholder and provides that information to the collection
officer. Cardholders who do make a payment to get out of delinquency
are automatically removed from the delinquency queue. |
